The platform will introduce "Pet Stockpiling Vouchers"-offering an instant 150 yuan discount on orders over 499 yuan, with the platform covering 50% of the subsidy.

Brand registration closes on September 25, requiring a commitment to offer the lowest prices across all platforms and submission of inventory guarantee documents. For small and medium-sized brands facing cash flow challenges, the platform's "advance payment" feature will refund 70% of the amount after consumers pay a deposit, subject to a 6% annualized handling fee.

Industry forecasts indicate that functional pet food, smart water dispensers, and litter boxes-the "three essential items"-will account for 60% of stockpile voucher redemptions. Pre-stocked warehouses should ideally be distributed across East and South China to avoid delays and penalties caused by single-warehouse overload.
