Production Equipment
TPU/PVC Webbing Coating Extrusion Production Line
Used for PVC and TPU coated webbing production, supporting continuous coating processing and consistent control of key material specifications. The production line helps control coating thickness, surface finish and overall webbing quality according to confirmed product requirements. It is suitable for producing coated webbing used in pet products and other selected applications.

High-Speed Webbing Looms
Used for webbing manufacturing with control over webbing structure, width and production consistency according to specific requirements. The looms support continuous webbing production and provide a stable base material for subsequent PVC or TPU coating processes and finished product manufacturing.

Hot & Cold Webbing Cutting Machines
Used for cutting webbing to required lengths for coated webbing orders and finished pet products. Hot and cold cutting methods can be selected according to the webbing material, construction and application requirements, helping achieve consistent cutting lengths and clean edges during production.

Buckle Press Machines
Used for hardware-related processing and assembly of finished pet products, including operations involving buckles and other hardware components. The equipment supports consistent hardware processing and assembly for products such as dog collars, leashes and harnesses according to confirmed product specifications.

Tensile Testing Machine
Used for tensile testing of coated webbing and related products where required by product specifications. Testing helps verify the pull strength and performance of materials or finished products against defined requirements, supporting quality control during product development and bulk production.
