Quality Control Throughout Production
GH Material applies quality-control procedures throughout the manufacturing process, from incoming materials to finished products and shipment preparation.
Our quality-control process follows four main stages:
IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC

Incoming Quality Control
Incoming materials and components are checked before entering production.
Depending on the product, inspection may cover:
Webbing materials
PVC/TPU materials
Hardware
Components
Product specifications
Appearance and basic dimensions

In-Process Quality Control
roduction is monitored during manufacturing to identify specification or process issues at an early stage.
Relevant checks may include:
Product dimensions
Webbing width and thickness
Color consistency
Coating condition
Assembly quality
Production specifications

Finished Product Quality Control
Finished products are inspected before they move to the final preparation stage.
Inspection may cover:
Product appearance
Dimensions
Hardware assembly
Stitching and reinforcement
Coating condition
Functional requirements
Product specifications

Outgoing Quality Control
Before shipment, products and packaging are checked against the confirmed order requirements.
This helps ensure that the products prepared for shipment match the agreed specifications.
Testing & Inspection
Depending on product requirements, quality checks may include:
- Tensile testing
- Dimensional inspection
- Color consistency checks
- Coating condition inspection
- Hardware inspection
- Packaging inspection
Specific testing and documentation can be discussed according to the product and destination market.
Certifications & Test Reports
GH Material can provide relevant certification or test documentation for applicable products and requirements.

After Sales Service
Quality control is integrated into our manufacturing process rather than treated as a final inspection only.
For custom projects, product specifications and quality requirements are confirmed before production so that the manufacturing team can work according to the agreed requirements.
