PVC Coated webbing is becoming popular due to its durability, resistance to stains and water, and pleasant feel. It comes in different types, with TPU and PVC being the most common, and silicone being newer to the market.

Here's a simplified overview of how PVC TPU nylon  coated webbing is made:

Prepare the Webbing: Iron the webbing at high temperatures to keep its size stable. Make sure it's laid out correctly to avoid tangling.

Dry the TPU: Since TPU absorbs moisture, it needs to be heated at 110°C for at least 2 hours to remove any water. This prevents bubbles and lines on the finished product.

Set Up Cooling: Use a cooling machine with water at 10°C to shape the product. Proper cooling helps avoid watermarks and spots, which can turn into scratches and marks.

Adjust Machine Temperature: Workers set the machine's temperature a bit lower than the TPU's recommended temperature. As it heats up, the machine's speed increases. The webbing is pulled through the oven, mold, and water tank at a steady pace. The main machine is turned on to extrude the TPU and webbing together, creating the final product.

Understanding this process can help appreciate the quality and work that goes into making coated webbing.
