PVC Coated Webbing For Bag Strap

This traditional extrusion technique is used to create our PVC coated nylon webbing.

The horizontal lines visible on the webbing are not a pattern but the natural texture of the underlying polyester braid.

The softness of this coated webbing is due to the combination of the soft PVC material and the thin webbing itself. We can also emboss custom patterns onto the PVC layer, as demonstrated in our sample of a custom-embossed PVC webbing.

The thinner PVC webbing is ideal for bag straps, bag decorations, while the thicker versions are perfect for belt straps or dog leashes. In addition to PVC coated webbing, we offer a variety of TPU coated webbing options.

Characteristics: 

The PVC coated webbing for bag strap is known for its waterproof, matte finish, and soft texture. It's softer than TPU coated nylon webbing.  Typically, we select PVC with a 50A hardness and TPU with an 80A hardness.

Applications:  Suitable for making belts, fashion bags, bag strap, pet products, outdoor gear, and more.
