Production Process Of PVC Soft Tube

PVC soft tube is made of polyvinyl chloride resin which is added into lots of plasticizers,number of stabilizers and other subsidiary materials.The production process:Ingredient Mediating, Extruding&Prilling, extrusion molding, Pulling, Batching, Packing, Quality testing and Finishing.

1.Mediating

Firstly, we have to weigh the ingredient of the PVC soft tube.Secondly, pour the raw material into the kneader in a specified order. And the sequence is PVC resin- plasticizer- stabilizer- lubricant -depigmenting agent. In general, the ingredient of each pot costs 45-50 mins for mediating and the ingredient can be poured out when the temperature reaches 100-110℃.

2.Prilling

Temperature plays a vital role in the process of extruding, cooling and granulating. It’s better to control the highest material temperature lightly exceeds the melting degree and below the temperature of extrusion moulding.

3.Moulding

There’s a high temperature requirement during the extrusion moulding. The transparency is closely linked with the moulding temperature and it would be better if the temperature is lightly high.

4.Pulling

The transparency of PVC soft tube will be influenced by pulling speed and cooling velocity. Pulling speed is as fast as cooling velocity.

5.Cutting and Packing

Firstly,we cut every tube in a same length.Secondly,tie up into a bundle. Finally,put every bundle into the carton.
