Actually, it is a kind of polyester webbing with the PVC coating or TPU coating which makes the strap waterproof, softer, more durable and easier to clean.

Pantone colors have the potential to migrate from one color to another and should be displayed, stored, or shipped out of contact with other colors. Fluorescent colors are the most sensitive. It is recommended that rolls of different colors are not stored together, or at least each roll or product is placed in a plastic bag to prevent color change.
