Therefore, in the treatment of the material, it is necessary to carry out heat treatment at 110 ° C for 2 hours, and use it after drying.

 

3. Open the tank with cooling water, increase the cooling, set the temperature of 10℃, let it circulate into the cooling water tank, and cooling water tank  use for final product. The water cooling effect better,the surface effect better of the product,In turn, the effect is poor.If the cooling is poor, there will be watermarkson the surface. It is easy to have scratches or melts after the product is not cooled. Cooling water plays a vital role in the formation of the product.

 

Set the host temperature. The general host setting temperature is based on the temperature provided by the PVC /TPUmaterial. The set temperature is lower than the supplied temperature by 5~10℃. When the temperature rises, the host speed is slowly increased from low to high; Before speed up, the polyester or nylon webbing should be pulled into the webbing oven, pulled into the webbing from the mold nozzle, and then passed through the sink, pulled into the tractor, and the webbing is carried forward. At this time, the host machine can be started to make the PVC /TPUmaterial and webbing at the same time extrusion, when the host machine speed, traction machine, temperature at the same way, the product will have the best surface effect; if the traction is too fast, the temperature is too low, the water cooling is not enough, it will produce surface texture or streaks, then the streaks and Process related.
