Key Technical Challenges in Producing PVC TPU Coated Webbing

1. Drying PVC TPU Raw Materials:

Insufficient drying can lead to bubbles during production, negatively affecting product quality.

2. Cooling Water Tank Formation:

The effectiveness of cooling directly impacts the surface finish of the product.

Poor cooling can result in watermarks and stains on the surface.

3. Speed Matching of Extrusion and Webbing Traction:

The extrusion speed of PVC TPU must align with the traction speed of the webbing. Optimal surface quality is achieved only when the main machine speed, traction machine, and temperature are properly coordinated. If the traction is too fast or slow, or if the temperature is too low, it can lead to instability in the quality of the PVC TPU coated webbing.

4. Strong Bonding Between PVC TPU and Webbing:

This requires precise control over the melting temperature of the PVC TPU, the order in which the webbing is fed onto the conveyor belt, and matching the extrusion speed of molten PVC TPU with the speed of the conveyor belt carrying the webbing.
