Performance: high temperature shrinkage, soft flame retardant, insulation and corrosion resistance. Widely used in various wire harnesses, solder joints, inductance insulation protection, metal pipe, rod rust, corrosion and so on. The voltage level is 600V.

The polymer material undergoes a glassy-high-elastic state as the temperature changes from low to high, and the performance is close to that of the plastic in the glass state, and the performance is close to the rubber in the high-elastic state.

The material used for the heat-shrinkable tube is in a glassy state at room temperature, and becomes highly elastic after heating.

Use: Heat the heat-shrinkable tube to a high-elastic state during production, apply a load to expand it, and quickly cool it to maintain its expansion, allowing it to enter the glass state. This state is fixed. When heated, it will return to a high-elastic state, but when the load is gone, it will retract.

Shrinkage temperature: 84 ° C ~ 120 ° C

Working temperature: -55 ° C ~ 125 ° C
